Both companies have successfully launched the same service in Pennsylvania and are eager to expand their business.
Keith Smith, President and CEO of Boyd Gaming, said: "Boyd Gaming and FanDuel Group together continue to successfully capitalize on the historic opportunities provided by the legalization and expansion of sports betting across NSW.
"We are confident that our FanDuel partners will also achieve outstanding results in Iowa and Indiana, further expanding Boyd Gaming's customer base and enhancing our long-term competitive appeal."
Indiana legislators will remain vigilant against Pennsylvania in the coming months, and some politicians have called for an end to "unnecessary" taxes on legal sports betting operators.
